HP OMEN MAX 16 (16-ah0999nw) / Razer Blade 14 (2025) RTX 5070

The OMEN MAX 16 family includes other GPU, display (IPS/OLED) and AMD-based versions; this entry covers the Intel + RTX 5080 + IPS configuration.

Intel lists 55 W base and 160 W maximum turbo power for this chip; actual power in the laptop depends on HP's tuning and cooling.

The NPU runs Copilot+ AI features at low power, separately from the CPU and GPU.

This is the laptop RTX 5080, not the desktop card. HP's product sheet does not give the GPU power limit (TGP) for this SKU. Advanced Optimus switches the display between integrated and discrete GPU without a reboot.

The RTX 5070 Laptop is the strongest option in the Blade 14; RTX 5060 Laptop versions are also sold. Dynamic Boost shifts 15 W of the power budget to the GPU when CPU load is low. G-Sync is enabled in the NVIDIA Control Panel.
