Strengths and limitations

In TechRadar’s test, the 60-hour battery with noise cancelling on and the sound quality stood out as the main strengths. Noise cancelling can be adjusted with a pinch gesture on the right cup’s touch surface; wear detection and auto-off after 15 minutes of inactivity worked consistently. The cups lie flat but do not fold, and the review says some rivals cancel noise more strongly.

Owner experiences and issues

Hardware and connection problems recur in negative Best Buy reviews. Eep6604 says the power button stopped working and pairing kept dropping within two weeks, and Jam says the power button failed after three weeks. kai.schw says the headphones stopped working entirely after a full battery drain at three months, Noah says they would not power on after a day, and Candice reports random shutoffs. samathan reports disconnects and distorted audio in games and calls, Carl says the left side went silent at nine months after a fall, and Samarai reports Bluetooth problems and battery decline after 3–4 years.
