Owners most often praise the 3K OLED display, the small and light chassis, the aluminum build quality, the keyboard and the speakers. Fast heating and loud fans in games are the most frequent criticism; several owners wrote that they use a cooling pad. Battery-life experiences vary widely, from two to seven hours. The non-upgradeable soldered memory is a negative for several people, and the glossy screen is said to attract fingerprints. Individually reported problems include daily crashes and blue screens (many separate reviews), a BitLocker recovery loop after a BIOS update (three reviews), screen flicker, a black screen when switching from integrated to discrete graphics, Wi‑Fi connection trouble, and a dent and lifted bottom cover (one buyer across several units). These reports do not indicate a failure rate.
