The LANCOOL II MESH Performance is Lian Li’s 2020 mesh-front ATX mid-tower. It comes with two 140 mm and one 120 mm PWM fans, a four-mode fan controller, hinged tempered glass on both sides and room for up to nine drives. Independent testing rated its ease of building and included fans as its strongest points.
LANCOOL II MESH Performance (black; the Performance-X version adds USB-C). The LANCOOL II MESH RGB with RGB fans, the white colour and the glass-front LANCOOL II are separate versions; the LANCOOL III and 216 are different cases.

Lian Li presents the LANCOOL II MESH with a mesh front panel for airflow, built-in PWM fans and modular PSU shroud covers. Lian Li
Tom’s Hardware gave the case an Editor’s Choice: both glass sides open backwards as magnet-held doors, cable covers hide the wiring, and part of the PSU shroud lifts out for a radiator, making builds very easy. Three PWM fans and a fan controller at this price were called generous. The lack of a front dust filter helps airflow but lets more dust in; on the version tested, USB-C was a separately sold accessory.
